Dorncliffe Road
- The scope of this amazing project saw a complete restructure of the existing house, lowering of the Lower Ground Floor and Basement addition and complete redo of the fit-out and external landscaping. Additionally, there was a side garage at street level which was repurposed as a double height stairwell to the Basement. The new house features an open plan Lower Ground Floor consisting of a Kitchen, Dining and Living Room which flows seamlessly out to a lowered section of the rear garden. Other features include a Climbing Zone, Music Room, Wine Room and more.
